Supreme Court to hear on Zakia Jafri petition against clean chit to Modi

In Gujarat, the Supreme Court will hear on November 19 for giving clean chit to the then Chief Minister Narendra Modi regarding the post-Godhra riots. Zakia Jafri challenged the decision of the Gujarat High Court to uphold the clean chit to Modi and others accused in this case. On Tuesday, hearing of the petition filed by Zakia Jafri, the Bench of Justice AM Khanvilkar said that he will hear the matter on November 19.
